Well, while not exactly the most stellar golf either of us have ever played, round two is in the books. The red tee remains in NC for now.

Edited to add: The shot of the weekend came on Friday when Bob hit his tee shot in the water on 18, hit his approach shot in the water, and then calmly tossed another ball down and holed a 155 yard shot for bogey.

Second place would have to be when Bob hit driver, pitching wedge to a 436 yard par four and then made the putt for birdie.

Thanks Greg! Always fun. Even though the match was kinda close on Saturday, when you score like we did, it takes some of the enjoyment away. I need to work on that & quit taking it quite so seriously... I also need to work on how to pitch to elevated really firm greens from a really firm, bare lie Maybe Monte will do a segment on that

Speaking of which.... Greg, Nikki thought of you for fathers day. She gave me two greens fees for Stonehouse in Williamsburg. The card said, I thought you and Greg might enjoy playing here, it's supposed to be a really good course, GD Top 100... I've been meaning to call but works been hectic. We gotta play before I go to Panama again...

Bumped up for the next round of merriment. Bob's friends have us tee time for 7 am on Saturday. Good thing I am used to getting up early.
