Hey guys, If you wear more comfortable clothing when you golf, I think it could make your swing ever so slightly better. For example, without some tight fitting pants and a belt and a tucked in shirt, easier to turn hips? If it wasn't for the tradition, we could always wear basketball shorts and some comfortable t-shirt. Maybe this topic isn't worth a new thread but this message board is very empty.

Well this will be my first post since I seen Monte's post over at Incepta.ca and I do have a story to share about comfort of clothing ect. in the golf swing. I was in Mesquite last year and seen Jason Frey an open div hitter that finished pretty well in 08. I seen he was wearing a hat by one of the sponsors and he had told me that he was offered a money deal to wear the hat on the tee. Well he said it messed his swing up looking at this giant sized bill across his forehead of which he was not a hat wearer in the early days and rounds of the event but was lured in by the money offer at the time. I think this may have cost him plenty making that deal and losing his comfort of golf and his swing with a billboard hanging down in his face at the wrong time. Lesson learned and I think he will pass up on a deal like that this year if he is in the same position. Wig........

This is just one example but Nick Faldo wasn't much of a hat wearer while Greg Norman wore it a lot.
